The answer for above question is :

The contributing to the confusion and disorientation in the patient ,

ANSWER : OPTION A ) HYPONATREMIA

  • The above option is selected because when the sodium level decreases than the normal value the patient feels the symptoms and contribution to confusion and disorientation . When the concentration of the sodium falls below the value 110 - 120 mmol / l , it will leads to restlessness , headache , confusion and also the disorientation.
  • The remaining options are not selected because hyperkalemia is the condition where the potassium level is seen higher than the normal value, the symptoms may include weakness of muscle , fatigue and also paralysis. Azotemia is a condition in which the kidney is severely damaged by injury or disease , the symptoms of the disease are edema , increased heart beat , dry mouth and reduced production of the urine.
