1. Its important to realized that dentist see much more than just patient teeth; some health related condition that show up in mouth include : perdionatal disease, diabetes, oral cancer, temporomandibular disorder (TMD) , eating disorder (bulima and anorexia) , severe gangrenous that mainly face by the patient.

Diabetes : some of the most common oral health problem associted with diabetes are:

• Tooth decay
• Gum disease
• Dry mouth
• Fungal infection
• Lesion in the mouth
• Teste impariement
• Infection and delayed healing

TMD ( tempormandiular disorder) : the jaw joints and group of muscles thatlet us chew, swollow, speek and yawn are kniwn as the temporomandibular.

• Tender or sore jaw muscles
• Problem opening or closing mouth
• Headache that cannot explain
• A clicking or grinding noise when patient chew or yaw

Bulimia and anorxia nervosa : both are serious eating disorder . Transluent and worn teeth, bad breath or swollen mouth.

2. Impaired skin integrity related to tissue damge or necrosis as evidenced by observation

Encourage ambutation if the patient is able. Ambutation reduce pressure on the skin from immobility thus lessening impaired skin integrity.

3.Impaired tissue perfusionrelated to tissue damage as manifestedby gangrenous observation.
