Describe an imaginary patient that is typical of the types of patients you see in your practice setting. (If you are not currently working, you can use an imaginary patient from a previous work setting or from a setting where you would like to work in the future.) What sorts of health problems or other issues does your patient face that might put him/her at risk for developing oral health problems. Why might these oral health problems occur? Now develop a plan of care that would help to lessen this patient’s risk for developing further oral health issues. 1. Its important to realized that dentist see much more than just patient teeth; some health related condition that show up in mouth include : perdionatal disease, diabetes, oral cancer, temporomandibular disorder (TMD) , eating disorder (bulima and anorexia) , severe gangrenous that mainly face by the patient.
Diabetes : some of the most common oral health problem associted with diabetes are:
TMD ( tempormandiular disorder) : the jaw joints and group of muscles thatlet us chew, swollow, speek and yawn are kniwn as the temporomandibular.
Bulimia and anorxia nervosa : both are serious eating disorder . Transluent and worn teeth, bad breath or swollen mouth.

The patient is having any mental imaginery problem that he/ she might be done .
In dental caries, when plaque forms on the surface of tooth and convert the free sugar contained food and drinks in to acids that destroy the tooth ever.
Peridontal disease that affect the surrounding tissues of the tooth which characterized by swollen gums, gingivitis, bleeding and bad odor from the mouth .
Oral cancer mainly caused by the bad usage of substance like alcol, tobacco andother carcinogenic substance.
Oral trauma may generally from by the tissue and anoxia of the particular calls.

1. Impaired nutritional status less than body requirements related to eating disability as manifested by input output chart observation.
Ascrtion heath body weight for age and hight. Frefer to dietitian for complete nutrition assessment and method
Provide a pleasant enviroment.
Provide goodoral hygiene and dentition.
2. Impaired skin integrity related to tissue damge or necrosis as evidenced by observation
Encourage ambutation if the patient is able. Ambutation reduce pressure on the skin from immobility thus lessening impaired skin integrity.
3.Impaired tissue perfusionrelated to tissue damage as manifestedby gangrenous observation.
