YES, strong manager and strong leader are more likely to result into the company enjoying higher profits because these strong managers and leaders are often structuring their corporate vision and mission in such a manner that they are continuously synchronising the operations of the company and motivating the employees to perform in the best interest of the company so strong leader will be continuously changing the direction of the company in the most effective manner so that optimum goals can be achieved which will help in maximization of rate of return of various stakeholders in the company, so if these strong managers are able to follow with her strong principle and guidelines and motivate the fellow employees to perform their best in order to maximize the rate of interest and synchronise their own interest with the interest of organisation then it will be helping into formulation of value for the company in the long run.
