The judicial branch and the executive branch, both of them are the branches of Federal government.
Both of them have their individual powers as per the US Constitution.
The executive branch - As the name suggest executive means execution or implementation of the laws that are made by the legislative branch. The main function of this branch is to implement the laws into action.
For example the executive branch includes The President, vice president and the cabinets.
The president is the highest position of the executive branch and he is the leader of the country.
The vice President comes under the President and acts as a support system like the cabinets which are counselors to the President.
The judicial branch is the branch which includes the Courts the country like the supreme court and the federal court. The function of judicial branch is to assess and judge the law and their application. The judicial branch is the one who actually give the meaning to the laws made by the legislative branch and analyse whether they follow the constitution or not.
Example of judicial branch the supreme courts and all the federal courts of the country.
The supreme court is the highest court of the country. The nomination of THE Judge or justice of the supreme court is done by the president and it is for the approved by the Senator.
