Breast condition:

1.MEDUCAL AND PERSONAL HISTORY:

The patient is having history of breast cancer in their family or ansister.usage of some of the drugs like steroids,drinking of alcohol and smoking and hereditary etc.

2.DRUG THERAPY:

For the breast cancer mostly we will prefer chemotherapy and radiation.

1.Chemotherapy:

  • Bleomycin
  • Etoposide
  • Displaying
  • Methotrexate
  • Vincristine
  • Doxorubicin

2. Radiation therapy:

Radiation therapy also called radio therapy.uses high energy rays to kill cancel cells.it may be used to destroy and an remaining mutated cells that remain in the breast.

3. BREAST SELF EXAMINATION:

STEP1:

Stand infront of the mirror and observe any deformities present in the breast.

STEP2:

Keep the hands behind the head and observe the pain and swelling.

STEP 3:

Keep the hand at pelvic region and little bend forward inorder to know pain and swelling.

STEP4:

Place the patient in a supine position and observe the any deformities and pain or any malformations observed in the breast.

4.HEALTH EDUCATION:

  • advice the client to take good nutritious food.
  • Advice the client to do some exercises .
  • Ask the client to do the breastself examination prequently.
  • Avoid alcohol and smoking.
  • Advice the client not to ecpoexto the radiation or ultraviolet rays.

5 FOLLOW UP CARE:

Assess the general condition of the patient and advise them to take chemotherapy continuously,they should not stop in the middle.

Take estrogen modulator .ex- mimics.

Advice them to wear fit or tight clothing in order to avoid breast cancer.
