Refer to a time when you were a part of a great team. What was your part in making the team effective? Please describe what customer service means to you and what you would bring to this job?

Answer:

Once I was working for a fashion company that had recently launched a product. Though it was a good product, it was not selling at it potentials. I was assigned in a team of sales representatives in a specific area where this product was performing worst though this area had many prespective customers. that was great and we managed to improve the sells so much that soon it was among the best performing region. I was in the frontline dealing with customers and persuing them.

Cutomers pay money to avail a peorduct or a service. They work very hard to earn that money, and sometimes a products or a service has emotional value attached to it also. That's why for me, customer service is like serving the humanity. Offering and advising them to choose a product that is best for them without being emotionally attached to the custoer and in this process adding value to the company.

I will bring patience and perseverance to ths job. Sometimes dealing with customers requires a great deal of patience and perseverance and I think, I have those qualities.
