Depression, denial is an kubler-ross stages of death and dying. Explain each
Denial, Anger, Bargaining, depression, Acceptance are the five stages in kubler-ross stages of death and dying. The first stage denial occurs when someone is not able to accept the fact that one has lost one’s loved one. This would be accompanied by fear, shock, confusion and avoidance. Denial occurs because life has taken a turn all of a sudden which would change all the other events in one’s life thus, one would deny that someone has just experienced the loss. The fourth stage after anger and bargaining comes depression which refers to people going through episodes of depression which would force them to feel lonely, avoid food and go through lack of sleep. This would not only make them physically weak but also would make them mentally unstable for a while. This would continue until they come to their senses and accept the reality which would help them understand that life has to move on.
