Please provide 3 examples of individual behaviour.
Individual behaviour can be studied on basis of level of creativity, motivation, ego states, attitude, perception and many more parameters. So let's first discuss it on basis of ego states. For example, A perosn named A is able to handle every task effectively and is having a good relation with his subordinates as well as superiors. He is very pragmatic and always takes a calculative decision based on all available information. In this case, individual A is said to possess Adult ego state because of his pragmatic and logical views towards other individual and situations.
Another example is based on motivation. An individual B is a highly self motivated individual who always belives in acheiving his SLAs on time with maximum accuracy. He always believes in Theory Y given by McGregor. Thus in this situation, individual B behaviour will be positively impacted by giving him a positive motivation or feedback. Any form of negative motivation will hamper the behaviour of individual B.
Lastly, take an example based on perception. An individual C always reacts negatively whenever he has an encounter with his boss. He will always show negative non verbal cues in front of his superior. In this case, he has a neagtive perception towards the stimuli. The stimuli here is his boss. Hence to control his behaviour, it is much more effective to have less interactions with boss as this will help individual C in completing task on time.
