It is been more focussed mainly on the legal issues that are most often leading to the litigation in the supply chain, a result that no one cares about.

The government is also responsible for ensuring the vital items for those which are important to national security which are been protected.
The political state of the global supply chain suggests that it had become a common term in buiness.It is now a practice for major global companies to hire staff who are responsible for the supply chain compliance which include management of human rights, labour standards, aspects of social governance in the factories supplying a company's retail operations. As in China, they verify the production capacity and worker quality for ensuring the company which had set up an efficient and skilled labor force which helped people to get a meaningful job.
The ecological state of global supply chain involves supply chain sustainability because of the people's growing awareness for keeping the world sustainable. There comes an increase in the need of combining environmentally friendly choices into supply chain management. The cost of the supply chain have an impact on the environment as one deliver products more efficiently, it will help to reduce the carbon footprint to the environment.
The diversity of the suppliers in the supply chain to the consumer universally include greater return on investment, access to a whole different network, connect better with the customer base. Supplier diversity is all about the challenges it had to face. The supplier diversity programs are no longer been seen as a mere act under charity. Having a substantial amount of support, women and the minority business are expressing their true business as well. The company also shift their perception and seek over the supplier diversity which can positively impact the business.
The channel is being composed of various institutions which facilitate transaction and physical exchange. The channels performs the funtions of transactional, logistical as well as facilitating. For the consumer marketing, the service marketers face the problem of providing the products in the form and at a place and at a time in which the customer demands.
Channel conflicts are considered as lethal to the sales .Disputes can occur through direct and indirect sales, over saturation, loss leader as well as under a situation of turf war. Channel disputes can be mainly handled by adjusting the pricing structure of the product, establishing an assigned segment and their territories, avoiding a situation of direct sales together, utilizing a system of lead registration and compensation adjustment.
