The increased performance and achievement of tasks on time is the first reason because working in team helps to provide patients with a wellrounded health-care experience. this could not be possible in individual healthcare system.
second reason, health-care staffers are working together to make sure that no patient concern, need, preventive action, or matter was missed or overlooked . this reduces medical error reporting, wrong diagnosis and lower patient's readmission.
