3. This theory helps a person to come out of despair and disorganization by accepting the things that have changed and cannot go back to the way they were before.
4. Finally, this theory helps in reorganization and recovery of the peson by implementing person’s faith in life.

Pros of Attachment theory:

1. The weakness of this theory is that it is lacks scientific rigor so it can not be tested.

2. This theory fails to recognize the profound influences of social class, gender, ethnicity, and culture while dealing with trauma.
