Solutions

Expert Solution

There are several ways of analysing the behavioural, physical and symbolic manifestations of the culture:

- A SPOC from each department can be interviewed and feedback can be taken form him to understand the diverse nature of his team and to see what are the potential bottlenecks.

- Similar trends in the industry can be studied to identify the issues.

- Test activities can be performed with the employees and the results can be used to identify the problematic areas.

- Potential losses could also be taken into account which would be incurred by the resistance of the employees to adapt the change.

Ways to fix those potential issues are:

-Training in the weaker domains and to use the new system can be given.

- Adaptive learning can also be implemented in which the learning groups can be divided as per the weal areas.

- Previous examples can be quoted and it should be made clear to the employees that what is in it for them so as to motivate them.
