1.Avoiding the Conflict:

Avoidance means turning away and totally avoiding the issue, doing nothing which could be viewed as rocking the boat. This feels comfortable but doesn't solve the problem.

2.Competing to Win Conflicts

People see conflict as winning opportunity. We have little experience in dialogue, negotiation or conflict avoidance. We want to get their way and are not afraid to speak out. so to speak out the conflict and fight with it for better results will better to competitive.

3.Accommodating the Other Person

when we accommodate problems or conflict on other people, like Team members who aren't necessarily afraid to talk through conflict may nonetheless never have any demands of their own.

4.Compromising During Conflicts

A consensus approach for conflict resolution seeks to find a solution that is deemed equitable.

Everybody is working together and no one gets their way absolutely.so in these strategies we can find out a solution of the problem but in an actual problem not solved because team members have compromised what they wanted.
