He maintained an uncommon relationship with his employees, and it is recognized as a history of dedication in business ethics. Aaron Feuerstein was the president of the CEO of Malden Mills Industries, Inc., which was considered as the largest employer of Massachusetts, where more than 3000 employees were working for the company. When Malden Mills was struck by fire, Feuerstein decided to rebuild his emperor and paid his employees for the next 90 days to build trust among them. After one year, when the company has started its operation, almost 95% of the employees came back to the company.

Aaron Feuerstein was a critical thinker and an influential leader at that time. He knew retaining employees can save his business resources during his crisis period. Taking care of his employees during rebuild time helped the organization to increase productivity by 40%. Not only that, Aaron believed in integrity and honesty towards his employees.
