Android obesity is a case in obese individualis, which the body's extra fat gets distributed over the abdominal region of the body because of which the person's body shape seems to be apple shape.
1. The android, or male pattern, fat distribution has been associated with a higher incidence of Coronary Artery Disease, in addistion to an increase in resistance to Insulin in both obese children and adolescents.
2. For a newborn male child the abdominal circumference is about 9.63 "(24.47cm).
3. a).Avoid sugar- As it has uniquely harmful effects on metabolic health.Numerous studies have shown that excess sugar, mostly due to large mount of offructose, can lead to increased accumulation of fat in the belly.
b).Eating more protiene may be the best long- term strategy to reduce belly fat.
c).Cut Carbs from your diet
d). Eat food rich in fibre.
e). Aerobic excercises is very effective at reducing belly fats.
f).Track your foods and figure out exactly what and how much you eat.
4.a).Excercise regularly- You need to get 150 to 300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity a week to prevent weight gain.
b). Follow a healthy eating plan- Focus onlow-calorie, nutrient-dense foods, such as fruits,vegetables and whole grains. Avoid saturated fat and limit sweets and alcohol. Eat three regular meals a day with limited snacking. You can still enjoy small amount of high-fat,high-calorie foods as an infrequent treat.Jist sure to use foods that promote a helthy weight and good health most of the time.
c). Be consistant, sticking to your healthy- weight plan during the week, on the weekends, and amidst vecation and holidays as much as possible increase your chances of long-term success.
