Leaders play a vital role in achieving goal and development of organization and always try to achieve organizational goals with their work and dedication. However, they tend to do some activities which help them to increase their power in the organization willingly or unwillingly. Political activities are done in the organization in order to increase the power and to make a successful future of the company. Political activities are done in your organization to achieve a competitive advantage over the competitors in the market and try to remain one step ahead of them. This will help the company to be in the race and try to achieve organizational objectives. Political activities also help the individuals to grow their career into it and try to do wonders in their life which will help them to grow and do their best in achieving organizational goals of the company. use of power and politics in the organization helps the company to control its members effectively and efficiently and tried to grow more in the market. The author's consideration in using power and politics is to spread positive politics in the environment of an organ organization which will help the individuals to grow themself and do great for there organization and also for themselves. Examples of using political activities in order to increase power are that the company is ready to promote the election candidate party helping them in winning the elections and in return they will give them power which will help them in a competitive advantage over their competitors. Moreover, inviting some election leaders into the organization for motivating their employees is also a part of political activity in order to increase the power.
