1).Ignoring the competitors is a major mistake which decreses the sales. The competition should be analysed and dealt with precision.
2).If marketing campaign and sales alignment is not done properly then it affects with final conversion of customers.
3). The brand value of product should be understood and positoned acordingly to increse the sales.
4).The product should be priced as per value it provides. Overpriced products are rejected by the customer. So the value of product should be analysed before pricing is decided.
5).The communication of product or service is not clear to the
customer. The communication should be clear about the purpose of
the product so that customers should buy it.
