1 . the resources that i can provide to the organisation that i work or hope to work is the sales and marketing resources , human resources , financial resources.

these include the skills and abilities which can be offered are the marketing skills of the marketing department , recruiting , staffing skills of human resoucres department, analysis skills of finanacial department.

these can be offered to the employer.

2 . i feel mining companies are comfortable to me , i can volunteer with them of my time.

coal india company limited and singareni colleries limited.

coal india limited is the indias largest mining company nad major producer of the coal in india.

it is very much essential to the country to keep its coal reserves.

singareni colleries limited is present in the south india.

it contains huge reserves of coal .

every year tonnes of coal are extracted and sent to the needed industries for utilising as the raw material for processing.

3 . the main barrier that prevents me from voluntering in these organisations are the educational qualifications.

as mine is commerce back ground, these companies will only allow the technical field candidates.

this is the main barrier.
