Solutions

Expert Solution

Teaching is considered to be more successful if the students are split into several small classes. But it does carry both advantages and inconveniences.

Advantages:-

(i) The students will quickly discuss among themselves in small groups.

(ii) They should be of collective support.

(iii) Teacher can be pleased with the outcome of the group.

(iv) The communication between the leaders of the party is very strong.

(v) With the support of the strong students the poorer students get profit.

(vi) This builds trust among the leaders and shared understanding.

(vii) It's a part of socialisation as well.

Disadvantages:-

(i) It is hard to preserve balance in groups.

(ii) The teacher has trouble monitoring all the classes.

(iii)It requires more time and the time allocated for a class is tight.

(iv) The party may include stereotypes and jealousy.

Conflict will come up in various classes.

As all the classes stay in the classroom, it is also difficult to use a general learning method. The instructor can then use a tablet, poster or flash card to instruct the small groups.
