Describe the advantages and disadvantages of working in a group. Discuss whether you have observed any of these advantages/disadvantages in a group you worked with recently.

Advantages	Disadvantages
By working together you will learn lot of things from others and become less dependent on leaders.	Group work in time consuming and difficult to evaluate everyone.
You will learn from your mistake and success of their colleague.	In a group those who are not performing they are also get the advantage of group achievement.
If you are working in a team/group than the output is increased.	There is no freedom for individual thinking in the group.
In a group there are lot of resource which are always available to do work.	In which the individuals are rely on another so they lose their own skills
Projects are on safe side while it will handle by a team.	Causalities are more likely to occur.

When I was working in a group I saw that there is an advantage of working in a group. For example: We are working on a project and I will learn lot of things from my colleagues. There are some tasks in that project which is not handled by me and at the same time my colleague helps to get out from that situation. So in this way the group work is a advantage for an organization.
