One of the benefits of using IT infrastructure like ERP ( Enterprise resource planning ) and BPM ( Business process managaement ) in the business operations is efficiency as it increases efficiency of the business operations as every business aspire to be efficient and smooth and IT infrastructure helps in coordination and any updation on any project easier and it helps them to point out any inefficiency in their business and it also helps them to maintain all records in an efficient manner.

One problem that a company might face after installing IT system is the deficiency of proper skills to manage their business operation using IT as in the begining the employees might find difficult to adapt to the new technology and they even might make mistakes that can lead to the loss of the company.

However this problem can be overcome by training the employees before installing the IT system this will lead to the proper functioning of both the employees and the IT system.
