Soap is manufactured with the combination of animal fat and plant oil along with caustic soda which helps to remove the dust from the body. The major raw material it contain is alkali and fat. Potassium hydroxide is used to make the soft soap. Then use various animal fat and vegetables fat such as olive oil, coconut oil etc. First, they boil the fat with alkali until they get thick and start producing soap and glycerin. Throb they perform the process of salting in which soap and glycerin be separated. Then that soap be boiled to get the clean soap and remove the dirty soap. Then they splits natural fat into fatty acids and glycerin. They get purified fatty acid which is mixed with alkali to make soap and add up perfume for fragrance and let it cool down. This is the complete procedure which soap factor use to process soap.
