Evidence-based practice (EBP) is the conscientious and judicious use of current best evidence in conjunction with clinical expertise and patient values to guide health care decisions.

Nurses handling over process: -Nurse handling mainly includes medical instructions, detailed records of each patient's overall condition, or medication administration instructions. The nurse determined what part of the information should be passed on to the next shift, the patient's medical instructions, hemodynamic status, and the treatment plan implemented by the previous nurse.

The evidence-based Practical Nursing Cycle has 5 stages based on the following evidence. Ask, acquire, appraise, apply, evaluate.

Characteristic:-

1. Provided the patient with the right information and the opportunity to clarify patient treatment information.

2. A special feature is that of the handling process is hand over the processes come at the same time to another one.

Grand round: - Nursing grand round is a creative way to promote evidence-based learning. NGR is created, prepared and presented by nurses near the bed, in a professional, quarterly format. NGR is presented as a creative method to keep nurses informed about unique evidence and knowledge about their patient population.

Characteristics: -

1. The nursing grand round can also promote inter professionalism and opportunities for nurses to obtain credit for continuing education.

2. The framework used to deploy nurses is a literature review, guest experts and speakers, case studies and Webinar technology.

3. It aims to promote evidence-based practice and provide an effective strategy to positively change patient care.

4. Healthcare organizations should consider NGR as a way to demonstrate their commitment to developing nursing and evidence-based education and practice.
