If we talk about programs at Walmart, according to me, Walmart is providing good quality customer service. The company always focuses on the improvement of technology to increase its sales and provides an ease to a customer.
Walmart also tries to provide better quality products at the lowest price to its customers in order to boost sales.
Walmart is financially strong and always tries to make better strategies to expand the company into the international market whenever possible.
Walmart also has got quality service it's employees are very friendly and helpful when it comes to its customers. The company tries to keep the employees satisfied by providing a good work environment.
It helps in getting a competitive advantage for Walmart- the company is keeping customers satisfied and spending a huge amount of expenditure on Research and Development. Moreover the company is also providing goods at prices lower than any of its competitors.
It is important for Walmart in order to satisfied customers and makes custom loyal regarding the brand. Moreover, if Walmart is maintaining a good relationship with employees then they will work productively and efficiently which is very important for the success of the business.
And it indeed is enhancing their connection with the customer as the customer always seeks for satisfaction with their purchase.
