Project monitoring and control is one of the critical aspects of any project manager. Tracking, reviewing and analyzing the real time performance will be main agenda of our monitoring and control process. Control helps in taking corrective or maintainable efforts by the project manager. Some important tools for monitoring and control can be utilized by us are listed as follows:

1) Network chart can be developed to see the most crucial set of activities and time involved in those activities

2) Taking survey and feedback from people working at the actual site of a project

3) Using online tools like Project management personalized software or management information system

4) Budgetary controls can be done through specific financial software like tally ERP , SAP etc

5) Using management tools like balanced scorecard , ABC control to measure the performance of the project organization

6) Appraisal of people's performance and taking review on the same

I will use the mix of all the techniques to get monitoring and control information from project task. I will analyze the nature and scope of my project work. All the modern tools will be introduced to get efficiency and timely completion.
