The resources of the society are divided unevenly biased on the basis of norms of allocation cause social inequality.
Gender inquilaity arises when women and men are valued differently. It also differs by dividing labor, assigning roles and responsibilities and also in rewarding and appraising process. Gender based discrimination is the critical cause to social inequality.
This is done on the basis of hierarchical social distinctions among different races adn ethnicities within the society. It differentiate people based on the physical appearence such as skin color along with other physical characteristics.
When there is different in treatments like regard to promotions, recruitment, resources, or privileges biased on the age. It is also called as ageism. It possess a set of beliefs and to give prejudice based on age, discrimination and subordination.
Difference in distribution of health determinants between different groups of peoples is called as health inequiality. It includes: inequality in disease, social determinants of health in poverty and diseases of poverty
