How can conflict in the workplace affect the quality of care for the clients? Describe examples and techniques you have seen.

Conflict in a workplace not only affect the patient but also affect every worker in an organization.

In some instances , conflict have the potential to affect the patient also. As working in the healthcare already a naturally stressful environment and there should not be additional stress like conflict not needed.

1- Neglect- having conflict in a workplace and after that conflict the negative feeling or emotion may cause them to neglect their patient care responsibility . directly it affect the patient a lot.

2- Tension- sometimes it is very hard to live in the same room with someone they are having problems with, and the tension between the parties affect the patient. And in this case it also become difficult for the patient to feel comfortable receiving care in the hospital.

3- Mistakes- in the mood of conflict or feelings sometime they made mistake however in the matter of patient it should be minimum but when someone in the conflict emotion it might do that but in such case it especially effect the patient care.
