Big Data can be regarded as the process in which the use of data of any subset which could be customers, suppliers, employees etc are taken to develop relevant and important information and facts regarding the instrumentality of the data. Being a very important feature for understanding the relative dynamics of any subset, this BigData can be sometime proves to be a malfunction or a discriminatory factor for the employees. Many articles and research papers have concluded the fact that BigData can bake the employee discrimination in one of the most common strategy where it is used: the hiring process. Just as the applicants put in their forms and complete the personality and the behavioural tests regarding any of the qualify questionnaire which helps the organisation understand better about the individualistic traits of the employee, Big Data has been seen using its softwares and analysing process to discriminate and remove many deserving employees because of the already put functions in its database and selection models. For example, in a redearch it would taken that an organisation in Japan has this trait correlated attached that any person having a particular interest of fandom for a particular Japanese manga would be having high programming skills within themselves. It is not a correct way to make an implication as you are directly corelating the fact that any individual having a great interest in manga would automatically be more qualified for the job of the computer skilled person more than a person who is not having interest for the same manga. This is just one instance, all around the world, BigData has creater many employee discrimination cases which should be taken control of. The use of BigData should be designed in such a manner where employees feel a right decision has been taken and all discriminatory accounts should be well taken care of before making any right decision.
