Harry always procrastinate his assignments. This type of behaviour came to harry because of sometype of operant conditions. Those operant conditions are

1.Teacher's punishment

2.Forces on education.

1.Teacher's punishment:

Generally teachers gives punishment for lack of assignment work. This punishment making fear in harry about teacher.Results that fear turns towards assignment. While harry trying to take assignmet to complete, this fear will enters in his body. That fear forces to leave assignment. Leaving assignment gives pleasure for some time.That's why he finding ways to procastinate assignment.

2.Forces on education:

Parents in house, teachers in class room always forces to read. If children poor at education they will punish. This operant condition starts from nursery level to college level.Each and every children will fear about punishment. That fear enters in their body while they enter into school. Because that school and their punishment has relation. In this way children fear about education.

This fear about education will enter into harry's mind while he think about assignment. So he finding ways to procastinate assignment. In this way Forces on education became operant condition.

2.Freedom:

If we said to harry that we don't give punishments for assignment. That words removes fear about assignment in Harry.Giving this type of freedom makes him happy. Then Harry sees assignment in plain view. Results Harry allowing him to do assignment.

3.Allowing to play games:

If we allowed him to play games for completing assignment can create interest in Harry about assignment. For playing games he completes assignment.
