assignment Due to the nature of the personal relationship that a social worker develops with his or her clients, ethical dilemmas can, and often do, arise that can be tricky to handle effectively. In this journal task, you will reflect on your own personal ethics and values and also consider a situation or situations where these values may conflict with a client’s. What will you do when this happens?

Review the required resources in this session and in a 2–3 paragraph journal entry to your instructor, address the following:

Ethics and Personal Values: Where did you derive your personal ethics and values from? Discuss how your values play a part in your personal life and how they might play a part in your professional life as a social worker.
Neutrality: Do you think it is necessary or possible for a social worker to remain neutral and keep her/his personal values from influencing clients?
Conflict: Social workers deal with many different situations that may be in conflict with their own personal values. What might be a situation/s where your personal values might conflict with a client’s? Briefly discuss.
Refer to the session resources (and other course resources) to support your responses.

I derive my personal and ethical values from the moral system that shapes who I am and the manner in which I choose to proceed ahead with life. There is always a lot of rumor about our actions not taking the shape of who we are and the way in which we anticipate them going in the near future. I have always felt that we attract the people of our type and that is how we tend to shape who we are. All the people around us have a lot of influence in our work and the manner in which we choose to progress.

We adapt form the surroundings and become more efficient in things that we do over time learning to adjust with the people around us. We use the morals virtues of humany, empathy, sympathy, compassion, love, kindness and forgiveness in our day to day life. This is shaped by the experiences we had so far and the manner in which we choose to progress in life using these experiences. We transform and evolve as we progress and tend to be a better being at each phase of life.

Due to the small and highly electronegative nature of fluorine
Due to the small and highly electronegative nature of fluorine, the oxyacids of the this element are much less common and less stable than those of the other halogens. Bonding theory, however, does allow one to propose structures for these acids and use formal charges for the evaluation of these structures. For a molecule of fluorous acid, the atoms are arranged as HOFO. (Note: In this oxyacid, the placement of fluorine is an exception to the rule of putting the...
