1. As we are all part of a medical team , we guys are responsible to ensure the medical activities with complete attention and care. The loom catastrophy means ,any difficulty situation or scenerio or the occurance of a disaster at a region. So the medical team must create an action plan to solve out the issues at the present problematic scenario.The action plan should be implemented by the health team under the supervision of a panel of experts .

While a beurocracy or the superior governing body is acting slow the healthworkers have to act accordingly to educate the society to make up the situation with appropriate and healthy actions . The team should be ensuring that the awarness program made by them was usefull.

2. We as a medical proffessionals should not avoid or oppose the ideas which is said by the renegade thinkers. The ideas putforth by them about any implications of the clinical problems should be considered and also consider it for its reliability .

3. USA is a well developed country who had a strong medical supportive system and also they act as a base for the health status of the people who live in the america. During the wolrd wide spreading of AIDS took place america was well prepared and succeeding in providing awarness to the society so that a rapid spread of the disease was controlled effectively.

But now when we consider the spread of the most dangerous pandemic named covid 19 , we came to know that the spread of disease rigjt over theire is uncontrollable and huge . This was because the nation failled to control the societal activities at the early stage of disease occurance. If they might have implemented the sicial isolation techniques much more earlier then the condition will be set under their control and the moebidity and mortality rate might have reduced to a small number or ratio.

4.To control the pamdemic following steps should be implemented

* social isolation

* using of mask by the individual who have the symptoms of the pandemic

* Early detection of symptoms and treatment

* Avoid social programmes

* Avoid huggs and hand shake shakes

* Implement social distancing

* Have plenty of water intake and nutrition food to maintain immunity intact.
