Question No.1
How can we respond when we see a looming catastrophe, but bureaucracy disagrees or moves too slowly.
Bureaucracy is the deeply related with politics. Politicians are main players and their main motto is capture vote shares. Citizens are pawns looking for their instruction to move ahead only. In a looming catastrophe there are chances to lost of vote share for the politician. They didn't action frequently but wait and watch politics goes on. We can respond them if we are unite and know the consequences. Like in this Coronavirus disease we can respond the government and bureaucracy if we have a full proof ideas. In US lockdown is responded through protest because we have an idea which is better for society, that lockdown will erase the economic stability. After knowing the consequences we can respond them. We have limited options to respond and we should work on that.

Medical community is also human beings. They are not full proof sure if any new virus or disease spread. They have to rely on someone extraordinary. Due to lack of proper information about a topic they work on a constructed idea given by renegade thinkers because to build a platform. And this platform is being provided by these thinkers. Many theories arises in an new assignment but this is the helplessness of medical community for building a system so that they can reach to some consequences.

What parallels did you find between what occurred during the early stages of the AIDS pandemic in the United States, and what is happening with regards to the COVID outbreak, today?
There is one thing goes between two is closeness. Reagan described AIDS as Homosexual Virus and Trump is describing COVID as Chinese Virus. Both are spread through virus as AIDS through Human Immuno Virus and COVID-19 through Coronavirus. These both disease spread through close contact of humans.
Question No.4
Bill Gates provided some insight into the risk of a future pandemic. Well, now that pandemic is here. Based on the film and your viewing of his talk, what extraordinary measures/steps should we take in order to stop this pandemic in its tracks, or, at the very least, slow the spike of new cases?
There are some extraordinary measures which we can take while combating with a invisible enemy (Coronavirus). When there is a problem then there will be a solution also. If we can foreseen negative then there will be something positive also. Following are some suggestions:
a) We have to build up a strategy which very effective that is social distance. Covid-19 is a complicated matter. Social distance is a effective measure, brake the chain. That is why countries are bounded to bring lockdown idea in their States,to tell the people why it is necessary to be separated from one another.
b) We can't finish your work only with social distances, you have to find a cure, any medicine to curb it and vaccine also. Because virus can return again and again.
c) Proper sanitization is necessary. When you go out then you can't even imagine who is the carrier or you already caught with the virus from that carrier. But proper washing of clothes, sanitize the clothes and your hands and hair is necessary.
d) We should have to be rehabilitate fast. Bending economies, rising unemployment, declined growth rate, low purchasing power, food shortage will be the main problems a nation will face. Rebuilding of nation will be difficult, but it is necessary after a outbreak to come back to action early.
e) We should concentrate on location and term them as hotspots where the outbreak is spreading fast. Work on these hotspots. The role of security agencies like Police is very crucial.
