Introduction :

Leaders play different roles in different countries as they focus mainly on the vision of the organizations. In international management, leaders make proper and effective planning so that the entire organization would move forward. As relationship between employees and managers is very important in international management, so leaders maintain those relationships so that the international operations would go smooth. They also develop new methods to manage international operations.

Lets discuss the Global/ International aspects of leadership and management :

1. The challenges that the managers of yesteryears had faced might come in circle again, for them there was an era of Y2K issue, recessions to deal with and newer will have to come to lot more of advancements happening in technology sector.

2. To add, some even say that technology and machines when last introducted during assembly line invention reduced lot of blue collar jobs which was then done by automated machines and now lot of analytics stuff currently done by managers, will now be done by analytic softwares resulting in reduction of white collar jobs. Thus managers and leaders have to check on advancing themselves as well.

3. One of the asoects that challenges  will be on how to not just access information but access correct and relevant information for their work for the internet is flooded with a lot of data.

4. They have to see in this newer era of technology, human value doesn't die down and people are given due importance for their work and newer roles are created for them.

Conclusion :

The idea of the difficulties that worldwide administrators are confronting is quickly evolving; notwithstanding, the strategies used to address and create continue as before. For example, the worldwide climate is more intricate, unstable, and erratic. What's more, most of leaders are created from hands on encounters, preparing, and instructing/tutoring. While these are altogether still significant, conventional leaders are done growing quick enough or in the correct manners to coordinate the new worldwide climate.
