In the present competitive world, it is very important to work hard and show up your skills in all the ways. Because, if something needs to achieve and grow personally and professionally proactive at work place or in the team is very important.

We are in the competitive environment where everyone in the team individually work hard and expand their involvement so that they are identified. In that one of the most notified and recognized is proactive behaviour of the employee in the organization.

Proactive at work is defined as taking the responsibility, initiation and identifying issues and responding to it or finding solutions is a more effective way. There are so many meanings that come under proactive which means creating a healthy and active work atmosphere by involving without anyone’s consignee. Taking the initiations in arranging the things in an order and identifying solutions for the issues that are faced and gathering the fellow employees for group decisions.

Each and every act that takes before anyone does to make a difference at work place in a positive way is also known as proactive behaviour.

The two areas where proactive is required to take the lead in order to build a strong relation with manager are:

· Managers are always look for a point of contact (POC) with in the team to assign few responsibilities as managers are busy with team meetings and other activities. In that case look for a person who can able to take the initiation and manage work and other responsibilities. One who took the initiation to lead the team towards achieving the deliverable will be known as proactive person and work closely with the manager

· Strong communication and team building skills are very important for a proactive person to connect with the manager

· Always complete the task that is assigned and report the same at every interval about the work progress to the manager

· Always collect proper feedback individually and try to improve the areas of lacking

· Improve the skills to grow and at the same time build the team to grow equally

·   Your work speaks your ability and activeness. Quick react is one of the first thing that shows proactive behaviour. Apart from that taking responsibility in the team by driving, organizing and assigning the daily activity to the team. Along with that noting all the deliverable for the day from the manager and make sure all the assigned works are completed and assure the manager that the assigned task is completed in the given time. The responsible behaviour from an employee brings confidence in managers.

All these are considered as proactive that build strong relationship with managers.
