INTRODUCTION

An individual who is experienced trauma need more support and empathy from there love one or need to be with who keep them positive because it is difficult for them to come over intrusive thoughts, As, the traumatic event recall in there mind whenever they live alone, or nightmares, or go through the similar situation, etc, any pain take time to heal. If some time is given to such people with positive environment than it can help them get out of their painful event.

And with this Cognitive behavior therapy will be a helpful therapeutic intervention which can be used to make one comeover with there traumatic event and apble to cope up with there intrusive thoughts as in this therapy therapist will help an individual to work on his thought process and make correction in his thought which will help them to come over this painful thoughts, next talk therapy can help in such situation.
