Sigmund Freud was a Viennese neuropathologist He believes that human personality develops through a certain internal psychological conflict; events in our childhood have a great impact in shaping our adulthood. The traumatic childhood can lead to anxiety in adulthood.

The case of Anna marked a turning point for him she was suffering from paralysis without apparent physical symptoms. When hidden trauma was brought out from her unconscious mind to conscious mind and the trauma is spoken and brought out her paralysis disappeared, this case influences him that he started searching for the reason and became the father of psychoanalysis that is to make the unconscious conscious.

Freud theory of Psychoanalytic argues that human behavior is the result of Id, Ego, and Superego. His theory emphasis a great aspect on the unconscious mind and unconscious psychological conflict are responsible for particular human behavior and personality. The conflict between these three and the effort to balance among these three determines how we behave and approach the world and it constitutes our behavior to resolve a conflict between our aggressive and pleasure-seeking drive.

John B. Watson B.F. Skinner Bandura discovered Operant Conditioning that is individual's behavior changes by consequences, Albert Bandura theory argued that people can learn new information and behaviors by watching others, for example, children learn through their parents in early childhood. According to their theory, positive and negative reinforcement along with positive or negative punishment have a great impact on a child's development. The external factors and environment (nurture) do affect and influence human behavior.

The system theory a world-view that is based on the discipline that means a configuration of parts connected and joined together by relationship. Primarily the family relationship among the family members as a whole is a system; It has grown with diversified areas like organizational theory and management with individuals
