Sigmund Freud was a Viennese neuropathologist He believes that human personality develops through a certain internal psychological conflict; events in our childhood have a great impact in shaping our adulthood. The traumatic childhood can lead to anxiety in adulthood.

Skinner Bandura discovered Operant Conditioning that is individual's behavior changes by consequences, Albert Bandura theory argued that people can learn new information and behaviors by watching others, for example, children learn through their parents in early childhood. According to their theory, positive and negative reinforcement along with positive or negative punishment have a great impact on a child's development. The external factors and environment (nurture) do affect and influence human behavior.
