Discuss your perspectives on why millions of American employees have never sought to work for an American corporation outside of the United States. Discuss your perspectives on whether you feel Americans have a fear of living and working in another country.

Solutions

Expert Solution

Yes, It is true. Only 40% of Americans hold the valid passport while 60% Americans do not have the passport and have not travelled outside the USA.

Millions of American employees have never sought to work for an American corporation outside of the United States because they are not aware of the work culture of the other countries, they easily do not adopt the culture, working lifestyle and people of other countries. Americans have language problem in other countries so can't communicate properly, there are some countries where English is not widely spoken. People of other countries understand English so they are able to work in America.

As we all know that America is the biggest economy in the world, everyone wants to work in America or with American companies. American companies get the labor from outside at cheaper price (salary). Companies have to pay less wages/salaries to other countries' people rather than Americans, Americans demand for higher wages/salaries that is one of the reasons as they do not get on site opportunities.
