what you think might cause somebody to literally emerge from a situation as the leader… Any thoughts on this?
There is a common phrase known as " Leaders are not born, they are made" and i agree with this because even if you are born with leadership qualities but you do not know when and how to use them then you would not be called a leader.
Example: Finding solutions to the existing problems at workplace.
Say, Mr A is an employee of a organisation which deals in gaming sector. Mr. A is a highly qualified employee and is respected in his organisation for his vast knowledge and experience in gaming sector. If Mr. A encounters any specific problems related to the work culture of the organisation, its policies or anything and if he united other employees to discuss and find solution to the problems that even his supervisors did not notice, it would make him emerge as somebody who values and cares for his organisation. It would make him emerge as the leader for his colleagues. He might in future get to mentor new employees because of his knowledge and his ability to unite and help others. His colleagues would listen to him and would follow his suggestions.
