Expert Solution

Ethical conflict can other with colleagues, with patient, or with family.

Practioneer cannot leave all his ethical background befor the door of hospital, nor does patient can do the same. So its obvious that some tine ethical conflict may arise .

But we as healthcare professional are obliged to do our duty in best of patient interest. Ethical issues are evolved due to social and cultural background. So its obvious these can't be same for every person and conflict may arise.

But professional ethics should be followed by health professionals and everything should be done in best interest of patient.

These conflict cannot be resolved solely , so professional should be obliged to his duty to his client otherwise he is never gonna do his duty properly because these conflict are bound to happen.

Patient have right to get best treatment and professional is bound to do it in patient interest.

On moral grounds when conflict arise with duties to self and duties to clients. Duties to self is based on social and cultural background of himself whereas duties to client is based on work ethics. So when ethical conflict arise during work with patient based on different social and cultural background this kind of conflict may arise for duty personal.

In theses situation work ethics should be given priority and duty personal should follow work ethics and keep duties to self aside. Because otherwise these conflict can never resolve and duty personal can not do his duty properly. Because this kind of conflict are bound to happen in these diverse social and cultural society. Person should not think emotionally and should think professionally.
