The critical incident technique is known as the set of items that collect all the observations of human behavior which helps in performance successfully and in unsuccessful performance too. The main work under critical incident technique is to identify the task given to you and try to do it in an efficient way so that it can make your performance more effective. Moreover, there are various things which will lead to effective job performance which includes your talent ok, skills, attitude, etc. This technique is used to know about the effective training of the employee and also about the job the employees pursuing. This can create a huge impact and this type of technique can help the employees to do to work with more motivation and try to achieve organizational goals within time and with the efficient use of technology you can improve your performance in the organization. This can be used when there is an urgent need for qualitative and when the behavior of the employees is observable in the organization. The critical incident technique can be used anywhere. It can be used in various organizations and health care places which can help them in improving there performances.
