There are a number of thing we can do, and are doing, to protect/conserve biodiversity. Describe two things and provide specific examples. What are some of the challenges in protecting/conserving biodiversity? (please can someone go in depth please type i have a problem reading handwriting)

there are hundreds of ways by which one can conserve biodiversity, not only on governmental level but on individual level

few of the ways given below.

1) by making conservation parks and areas and by conservation practices , which conserve the biodiversity. these conseervation parks are of following types

(i) in situ - in situ conservation means to conserve the threaten specie in the particular area in which that specie is found, for exmple, if a sparrow specie is found at a particular area and are in the list of critically endangerd species, then to make a conservation park which benefits the sparrow is a kind of ins situ connservation.

in insitu conservation, we have national parks, wildlife sancturies and biospher reserves, while the bio sphere reserves are also further divided into two sub categories -terrestrial and marine

(ii) ex situ - in ex situ conservation, the threaten species is carried away from their habitat and are placed in a new habitat which may be or may not be far away from their original habitat. for example, if a polar bear is getting on the verge of critically endangered species, then they will be move out from their original habitat and will be shifted into man made habitat like conditions, one such example is zoological parks. also , we can conserve genes in an artificial conditions in of the threaten species.

in ex situ conservation , we have, zoological parks, botanical gardens, aquaria, arboreta, home garden,seed bank, cyropreservation and others.

2)the other ways are the ethical ways out of the many, if we strengthen the legalisation of rules and regulations to protect the biodiversity, then this may results into higher number of conservation of species. the world powers, should up together to take steps in the conservation and to look forward to a common goal. along with this, new norms and new strategic ways should be always come up so that conservation can be done. poaching and all illegal trades should be stop. world organisations should meet more regularly and should come up with more strict rules and regulations for the same
