Expert Solution

The three shareholders I would like to talk about towards which UBER has a direct litigation and practice for maintaining a healthy stakeholder interest are as follows:

1. Consumers: Uber as we all know understands what a consumer want from its organsation and provides and completes the every needs and desire of the consumer. Being from the not so costly services to the high class qualitative features, Uber is always a number one choice for a ride away by every customer because of the name it shares in the market and the goodwill it has. Having the premium cars, Economy cars and luxuary cars, Uber has segmented the market according the economy level and geographical facilities of the customers and provide the most effective and efficient services right at their door step. I believe Uber is one of the most ethical company because of both my experience and study in relation with providing the customers the best they want.

2. Community: Community refers to the society we live in. It is the core duty and obligation of the organisation to be a responsible organisation and fulfil their community needs. Uber tried the consumers move with a fewer, fullr and more efficient cars either by using CNG or carpooling system which helps to save the fuel, improve the air quality and increase the transportation effectivity and efficiency with each trip. By sharing the technology, increasing employement, providing effective amenities to the people in need and helping making people's lives better, Uber does play an ethical and integral part in shaping and refurning back to the community's sustainability.

3. Local Government: At last, the local government constitutes all of the tax and regulatory features which the organisation has to obey to survive in the market. Uber has a significant name while maintaining a good tax obeying duties. Every country has its own local government which makes the functions and duties that every organisation has to perform. Thus, Uber has a goodwill in following the different countries' own rules and regulations. Having contractual labourers all around the world, Uber takes a customery duty fees from them which includes the tax as well and remaining money is left with the driver who is an independent contractor to earn and spent in any way he likes. The cars are also provided by the Uber sometimes as per the local government interventions. Thus, by following the rules, it makes up an ethical practice towards the government as well.
