The Strategic human resource management (SHRM) can impact the whole organisation (negatively or positively) because SHRM is responsible for the whole organisation and the departmental managers has to work in accordance with the policies and strategies prepared by SHRM.
A poor SHRM can impact the performance in terms of its profitability and productiveness of the organisation. The poor SHRM can negatively impacts the productivity because there are many cases of ignorance for unproductive workers who are not motivated by SHRM.
The poor SHRM lacks in fulfilling the requirements of the laws and regulations of the country and this results in certain restrictions on the organisation that negatively impacts the organisation's prestige and profitability.
A poor SHRM impacts the organisation negatively because it lacks in proper and effective recruitment of employees that is essential for the productivity and efficiency of the organisation.
And at last organisation is negatively impacted because the SHRM is working ethically and doing harassment with their employees will negatively impact the organisation.
