B) Based on your explanation, indicate 3 learnings for how HR people shall work to assure the efficiency and relevance of SHRM
The Society of Human Resource Management is constrained and share the possibilities of and constraints upon the union movements through the eternal triangle. The three points under this eternal triangle shaping the way of SHRM are:
1. Society: The society point of the eternal triangle talks about the agents for the social integration. All the elements working in and out of the organisation impacts the working of the organisation and is constrained by it as well. These agents help in integrating the external as well as internal environment and allows the HR manager to make a decision considering the important elements of both the groups.
2. Class: The agents of class talks about how the competing power of the capital takes a role in influencing and constrainting the forces of SHRM. This is having to deal with what different class of people would have different interests to offer. There are basically two main classes for the people which are the ones controlling the capital and means of production and the ones providing the labour. A struggle between these two classes made an impact regarding how HR has to be managed as per the interests.
3. Market: This talks about the economic actors that are present in the market influencing the labour's behaviour and the influence in the organisation. The labour market's rate, demand and supply all act together to make sure and understand the various determinants of the market affecting the SHRM.
B) 3 basic and important values HR people should work to assure the best effectivity and efficiency for the relevance of the SHRM are:
1. Communication with intregity: The first important thing to work on is the communication level of the employees and also the communication level of the HR people to make sure the relevant strategies, objectives and the changes could be communicated well with the most intregity.
2. Preserverance: Preserverance talks about having determination towards anything. The HR people should have this value to make sure how hard the employees and the situation turn out to be managed, all efforts should be put into it to make sure an effective result could be generated out of it.
3. Confidence: Last important thing is the confidence level. To make sure the management works for the best of people, an effective confidence level should be maintained within the HR people and also while addressing the same employees to make sure the right result could be generated with everybody's confidence to chip inside.
