What additional costs might bribery impose on a company beyond the amount of the payment? Explain whether or not the costs that bribery also imposes on a country should be the responsibility of the company paying the bribe.

Bribery is considered as an offense for which anyone who is taking or receiving the bribe is considered as a culprit in the eyes of law. As we all know bribery is very common doing in companies working in various countries around the world. In order to release them from various taxes and liabilities, companies try to do bribery to various people which means they pay the additional cost to them to help the company in return. Moreover, bribery can also take place if the demand for any product is hi in the market and the supply of the same product is less than most of the companies try to take that product on higher prices giving the bribery to the dealers if they give that product to them. In this case, the companies ready to pay the additional costs to their dealers in order to get that product. The amount is not fixed of bribery as it depends on the product and the quantity the companies buying from the dealers. Yes! absolutely, the company will be fully responsible for the bribery they are giving to the third party as bribery is considered as an offense and you need to pay the penalties if you are caught while doing this activity in the company. If you suspect any chances of bribery in your workplace then as a person or individual you should inform the top authority about this act and try to take serious actions against the people who are behind this as it is an offense and the culprit should be punished for conducting such activities in the workplace of the company.
