Yes, we agree with the opinion. Mostly people make opinion about the leader from the people selected by him to be a part of his business.
A leader must do the following in order to retain competent partners -
(1) Make your offer magnetic
Leaders know the term “employee value proposition,” : what employees get for what they give. “Gives” come in many flavors—time, effort, experience, ideas. “Gets” include tangible rewards, the experience of working in a company, the way its leadership helps employees, and the substance of the work. If your EVP is truly stronger than the competition’s, you will attract and retain the best talent.
(2) Make expectations and goals of the company clear.
One have job descriptions so your employees know what is required of them. If there are changes that need to be made, don’t expect them to learn that by osmosis. You must communicate directly and clearly. Good employees want to please you, but they need to know what it is they need to do to make that happen.
(3) Makes them feel like an asset to your company.
Don’t make them feel like overhead. Allow them to feel secure in their job. Let them know what their contributions are to the company. Get their input about rules or changes that may need to be made. Encourage goal-setting and let them make their own choices as often as possible.
Importance of focusing on whole team rather single leader

(3) Tasks are accomplished at a faster pace when it is done by a team rather than an individual.
