a) Transmission Control Protocols aka TCP ensures the sucessful delivery of data to the desired host. Reason being it is connection oriented thus ensures packets of information are delived to the correct network device.
b) High cost and security both are limitations of mobile network. There is regular upgradation in technologies and there is always need of new devices to upkeep the pace, thus incurs more cost. Another issue is security . As the security protocols whcih are designed for the static systems are not that much useful in the mobile technology due to resource constraints. And if mobile devices contain critical data it is easy to get hold of that by adversaries due to lack of customised security protocols.
c) Data communication process is described by the computer-modem-medium-modem-computer
Reason
Computer creates or sends data, modem converts into signals that will travel through medium and again at other end modem converts signal back into data that is then read by computer.
