What are 3 ways that an employee can show that an employer's
reason for firing the employee is a "pretext"?
A Thumbs Up! Would be really helpful for me. If you have any questions, please leave a comment and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
An employer can fire their employees if they misconduct anything which is against the terms and conditions of the organization. But taking the employment from the employee is a serious step and it should have a strong reason for taking it from the employee as from that an employee fulfills there basic needs and necessities. But an employer can fire their employees in the course of pretext which was not acceptable at that time. Employees disabled and because of that his employee fired him from the organization but the thing is that he is capable of doing work in the organization instead of having the disability in his body and taking away the employment from that employee is just a pretext of an employer. Moreover, the employee shouldn't be fired by their employer on the basis of their gender which should not be e acceptable as all the genders are equal in the current scenario and you cannot fire your employee just looking at the gender because every gender deserves equality and it should be followed in every organization around the world and gender discrimination should not be permitted. Similarly, an employer shouldn't fire their employee on the basis of religion as the main motive of the organization should be to take maximum for from the employees no matter from which religion he belongs to as every religion is equal and the organization should focus on the qualification of the employee rather than focusing on the religion. These pretext firing shouldn't happen in the organization as it doesn't justify the capability of the employees and every employee should be judged on the basis of there work not on there gender, disability, religion, color, etc.
