Some of the challenges Human resource are facing because of COVID-19 across the world:

1) Flexible work Arrangement - The most important challenge is facing by the employees and the Hr managers is that arranging the flexible time for all the employees.So, that employee can engaged and focused to get there work completed.

2) Help the other department to reduce the cost -Because many of the organization is facing loss in business.It is a vary big challenge for the Hr managers to cut the cost to reduce the loss.Hr manager are coordinating and working with the other departments like Marketing, sales,IT to cut the unnecessary cost.Which help the organization to reduce there overall loss.

3) Managing the workforce diversity - One of the challenge faces by the human resource is to managing the workforce diversity.Hr manager's have to manage all the department.So that employees creativity and productivity will be increased.

4) Help the employees visualize life beyond the crisis - There is another challenge for the human resource is to motivate there employees to give there best for there company as well as distract the employees for the COVID-19.

5) Technology - Many of the organization motivate there employee to do work from home.So, one of the challenge is arise for the human resource is lack of technology.Because many of the technology is not available for all every employees.It is vary difficult for the employee as well as for the HR to arrange all these technologies for the employee.
