I am often a diet conscious person, I often exercise for my good wellbeing. Exercise not only helps in keeping body fit, it also helps in maintaining good mood through out the day.

A HEALTHY MIND IS POSITIVE MIND

i) I exercise daily, i go for a walk for 30 mins at 6:00 am. In the evening time I carry out light cardio activity. I also go for a walk in the evening but that is not exercise.

ii) My heart rate is between 70-100, it is normally. it is normally 72 beats in a min.

Once I come home after walking I feel very fresh and positive enough, It is peaceful day for me as I am done with my exercise I am more jovial and fresh person, others also see me that way. This helps in maintaining my mind, body and social balance.

Sometimes, I get less time due to the daily chores that I am doing. It makes me sleep late and then I also do not wake up at time. Hence balancing daily chores, taking up unnecessary stress burdens things.

The peace that I had, I like the most.

Th three goals which I aim are to reduce weight, not to eat junk food in the evening, to keep mind relax.I do meditation in the morning, listen to spiritual lecture which would help me quieten my mind and thereby my body. Eating fresh and healthy food would also help me in maintaining good weight.

I plan to go for Marathon at least for 5 km. I like to practise for these marathons.
